MJ DeMarco's "The Millionaire Fastlane" judges them against five
things: Control, Entry, Need, Time, and Scale (CENTS). Basically
asking: do you own it, is it hard to copy, does anyone need it, does
it need you forever, and can it grow. That's a solid starting point
for that kind of call, but the criteria here are entirely yours:
job offers, apartments, colleges, whatever you're weighing.
